2 hours is the minimum time to book — this is the price you see. You can add additional hours as needed.
Optional Add-Ons
- Extra service time: $125 per additional hour
- Customize your menu: All packages include 4 signature pancake flavors; expand your menu with additional flavors for $25 each.
- Chicken & waffle minis: Please inquire.
- More than 100 people: Inquire within.
Fees, Payment & Discounts
Travel Fee
$50 added to every package.
Deposit Policy
Non-refundable deposit required to secure your date, ranging $25–$100.
Generator Fee
Flat $50 if your event/venue has no electricity; waived with a reliable power source (extension cords provided if needed).
Holiday Fees
$50 additional for Easter, Memorial Day, Labor Day, EID, Independence Day, Thanksgiving, Halloween, Christmas, and New Year.
Insurance Fee
$15 if your venue requires Arie's Mini Stacks to be added to their insurance policy.
Payment Options
Venmo, CashApp, Zelle, debit/credit cards, check, cash, Apple Pay.
Discounts
Please inquire (fundraisers, etc.).
We do NOT upcharge for weddings or special events.
We want to make sure everyone can afford this luxury, even during special moments! Prices are locked until 12/31/26.

Do I need electricity?+
No — we can bring our own generator if needed ($50 fee).
Can you do outdoor events?+
Yes! Just let us know in advance.
How do you handle different allergens?+
Let us know and we'll do our best to accommodate.
How far do you travel?+
All over the DMV, PA, DE, and WV.
Are your pancakes non-GMO?+
All pancakes are made with non-GMO ingredients. Most toppings are simple and fresh; certain specialty drizzles or candies may contain GMO ingredients. Non-GMO options are always available on request.
Can I book you for additional hours once you're on site?+
If we don't have another event after yours — absolutely!
How early do you arrive to set up? How long does it take to pack up?+
We typically arrive 30–45 minutes before serving time. We require 30–45 minutes for cleanup.
Do you provide plates/utensils?+
Yes! We provide kraft boats, napkins, and forks.
Are you licensed and insured?+
We are food handler certified and insured. If additional permits are needed, please inquire.
Do you have a more budget-friendly option?+
Our weekday package! $200 for 2 hours of unlimited mini stacks, decorations, and fun for up to 25 people.
Is there a minimum number of hours I have to book?+
2 hours is the minimum — that's the price you see. You can add additional time as necessary.
