Arie's Mini Stacks is a mini pancake business serving the DC, Maryland, and Virginia (DMV) area through popups, public events, and private events.

• Submit a private event/booking inquiry
• (When available) purchase batter or other products through our online store

3. Event & Booking Inquiries

Submitting a private event inquiry through the Site is a request, not a confirmed booking. A booking is only confirmed once Arie's Mini Stacks contacts you directly to confirm availability, pricing, and event details. We aim to respond within 2–3 business days but cannot guarantee availability for any requested date or time.

We reserve the right to decline any booking request at our discretion.

4. Public Events

Public event listings (the "Come See Me" section) are provided for general information and are subject to change or cancellation without notice due to weather, venue changes, or other circumstances beyond our control.

5. Online Orders (Where Applicable)

If and when direct online ordering of batter or other products becomes available on the Site:

• All orders are subject to product availability.
• Payments are processed securely through a third-party payment processor (such as Stripe). We do not store your full payment card information.
• Order confirmations will be sent to the email address you provide.
• Pickup, delivery, refund, and cancellation terms will be clearly stated on the product or checkout page at the time of purchase.
• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order, including for reasons such as incorrect pricing, suspected fraud, or product unavailability.

6. Food Safety & Allergen Disclaimer

Our products are prepared in a kitchen that may handle common allergens, including but not limited to dairy, eggs, wheat/gluten, soy, and tree nuts. We make reasonable efforts to label known allergens but cannot guarantee any product is completely free of trace allergens due to shared preparation and storage areas. Customers with food allergies or sensitivities should contact us directly before ordering or attending an event to discuss their needs. Arie's Mini Stacks is not liable for allergic reactions resulting from undisclosed sensitivities or failure to inquire about ingredients.

Where required, products will be prepared and sold in accordance with applicable local cottage food or home-based food business regulations.

All content on the Site — including our logo, brand name, photos, recipes, and written content — is the property of Arie's Mini Stacks and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our written permission.
